Do I need to share my email list with the other brand?
Nope. We actually encourage you to never share your direct list with any other brand, instead we encourage brands to weave in the offer of partner brand directly into their existing email cadence to their email list with previously agreed upon coupon codes that are good for 7 days.
What’s stopping our brand from doing this ourselves?
Absolutely nothing.
In fact, we think that you should.
If you’re working with an email agency, they should be providing this service too, rather than just using your assets to help you profit, they could be creating more sales for you doing this.
We’ve been telling people to do this for the last 3 years and haven’t seen one offer from a co-marketing effort come through from any of the brands that we work with.
At the end of the day, it’s very time consuming to do this at scale with a lot of moving pieces, we’re a one stop shop of collecting demand and going the extra mile to ensure that everyone can find a partner.
Why aren’t people doing this?
It’s extremely time consuming, takes a ton of organization, and follow up to make happen properly.
Most brands and agencies have never built out a co-marketing program at scale, so they don’t really understand or know where to start.
How can I submit my brand to be part of this?
Click on any of the links that say “Join the Waitlist” that will take you to a page to fill out your details, we’ll ask you all the most important parts, your contact details, link to your store, links to a few of your best sellers, email list size, campaign open rate, average order value, and we’ll reach out to setup a follow up meeting to discuss next steps.
Is a discount required?
Yes, we require an agreement for at least a 20% off discount code available for at least 7 days from the date of email send.
Are there any other requirements to join?
We’ll pair you up with similar situated stores, but we do require an active email list of at least 1,000 subscribers, an average campaign open rate of more that 15%, an average order value greater than $30, and the ability to provide a 20% off coupon code.
How much does this service cost?
Currently, we’re offering this service for free. In the future we’ll likely charge a monthly membership fee to cover our costs, keep the quality of brands high, and better serve the broader community.
